In my Freedom dashboard my channel looks like this:
Linked: Yes
Unlink Date: Unlinked after review

According to the YouTube features page, my channel is still linked to Freedom:

What does this Unlinked after review mean? I've not requested unlink and I haven't left Freedom in the past and re-joined.
Am I still partnered properly?

Yes you are still partnered with Freedom. Basically there seems to be a graphical glitch going around, but there is nothing to worry about.
