Have you tried posting links to your videos on Google+ communities? Its helped us a lot!
Yeah! Find the community that fits your type of channel. Travel/vlog/Gaming etc. and post a link to your video there. Also like and comment on other peoples posts there.
Congrats on 120, I don't have any suggestions except keep up the good work and always try to stay positive.

Well, You can put you videos on Community's but don't spam and read the rules first before posting, and people will scroll see what they like or interest in and you have better chance people click on you link/video then you have youtube and Google + runs with youtube so you will have better search engine with +'s is like likes

Try join "Youtube" Community and try search other community with type videos you make like War, World, etc Communties.
