In progress Activated But Not Activated

When I go to my account it has the button deactivate my account as well as my email is verified and it has in the channels place it has my channel as well as disassociate but not cms linked and everything but on the side panels it still says I have to be linked? Am I linked or not? Very confused.

Does it say Freedom! on your YouTube features page?

Unless you have had your live chat with a Freedom representative, which you can do when you channel has been reviewed on your Freedom dashboard. As mentioned above does it say your linked with Freedom on your YouTube dashboard?
