Is there a way to get someone banned/warned after using my nickname as a keyword to get views?

This is not just a coincidence, this guy knows my channel - comments a lot and he simply uses my name to promote his channel/make fun of me. I already reported his channel n several videos, but do u guys think anything will happen?

well you could always flag this as spam, for example if he is using your name in his tags to generate viewer traffic to his channel. Likewise if he goes too far, with 'making fun' of you, then you can always flag that up. Have you tried talking to them about it, as you can't stop them using your name etc in tags or keywords.
