Gaming 5+ years on youtube & trying to hit 1000 subs. help me out if you would like

I've been on youtube for about five years and partnered with freedom when it first started, I got accepted in around about early 2013, and they have helped me grow a lot. However, I am struggling to hit 1000 subs. I easily hit the watch time requirements however subs are a problem for me. please help if you can, link below
