The snipping tool allows you to add quick screenshots to your video, for a more batch approach you can also use the problem steps recorder. The mac equivalent can be accessed by pressing cmd+shift+3 for a full-screen screenshot or cmd+shift+4 for a selection. holding control while doing this will copy the screenshot to the clipboard instead of saving it
The voice recorder can be used to create quick voiceovers into your video. the mac equivalent can be found in QuickTime player and clicking file then new audio recording
