Basicaly, SMG TV was planned as an alternative for regular TV. Here, in Russia, we don't have good cybersport channels, so we decided to create it ourself.
Unfortunalely for us, we didn't find any software, to make it.
Yes, easy way is to use OBS, but you can't use your PC for anything else. And this is not, what we want.
I'll be grateful, if somebody helped me with it.
