Any tips you can give on how other people here can reach the same growth?

You need a good title, Descriptions and good tags. Community engagement is key too, like reply to comments, making a playlist, shearing your content to Facebook, Twitter ect. Know your brand, don't upload so many videos in one day, as you might some videos make views then the other videos. Also remember you make videos because you enjoying make the video and not make videos just for views.
