Obviously i'm only halfway to 100 subs but judging by how i'm going right now it shouldn't take me long to hit it, now do you guys have any ideas of 100 sub specials I could do, if so then just reply with your idea

montages or collabs. As a minecraft channel i did a pvp tournament for my 100 sub special. So depends on what you record, you can do something big.
I'd be careful of calling it a 100 sub special, because there's a lot of people that sub for the wrong reasons. You can try getting together with some of your viewers if you can. Gaming with them can be a special experience indeed ^^
I'm going to go with the oddball ideal here.

You don't necessarily need to make an entire video for it, but it might be sweet to mention it at the beggining of a video to say thank you to your viewers.
As mentioned above a simple Thank you at the start of your new video would be good.
But if you really want to dive into it maybe a small montage with some of your best moments with a Thank you message in it?
