Cool video! As far as I am aware it would be technological possible to build the orbiting solar collector and many people were suggesting it, but it could be used as powerful space weapon and this is against the international space law.

I am lucky enough that i don't have to answer it. More brilliant people working at the same place as I are trying to answer it. my research is more focused on applications. Glad that you enjoyed it! I am still trying to improve my visual and audio content in each video i make.
