You're right. Partners can choose to either join the program or not. I know I can definitely benefit from a mentor now but others may not. So maybe it could be an enrollment program. For those who want to mentor or be mentored can join.

I love Assasin's Creed. Was disappointed with Black Flag but Syndicate was fun. Hoping Origins is much better.
