Speaking for the majority here, people liking a gameplay video with ASMR commentary would depend on the speaker's voice. Gameplay with an ASMR of a smooth-sounding keyboard and mouse (for PC gameplay) seems to be the liking of many.

Commentary and music! Make sure the music isn't loud enough to make it hard to hear the commentary. Also, interesting and upbeat narration would be best, with a touch of emotion and a nice joke here and there.

Sounds cliché at this point, but I suggest games that you enjoy recording and making videos of, and also which suit your current and targeted audience.
