Here is the first thumbnail I have ever properly created, let me know what you all think. 
What program did you use and also I think you should use a different font. Also you should put more elements into it because it looks like all you did was download a pic off the web and add some text. You should spice it up by brushing it or even adding multiple pictures onto it.

Ok well I only used pixlr as i'm in the progress of getting Photoshop and I got the Hearthstone logo and the Murloc background of Google images.
I agree with @ModernGFX, You should use a different font. Try a sans serif font such as Adam.cg pro or Kelson Sans. Also try to make the text stand out more.
Looks pretty cool! I don't mind the font but I would suggest making the text a bit more visible as I find it hard to read..
