Dashboard Payment from 1970?

In my dashboard I don't see any of my old payments or any of my catch up payments. I got one at the beggining of this month from "Dec 1969" and now I have one from "Jan 1970" Is this a glitch or something? Or did I just miss something? My summary says my next payment is 31 Jul 2016 not 1970. Also, My catch up tab says I already have an active catch up payment request...?!?!?!
I'm confused.

This is a known graphical glitch and should be fixed by now. can you confirm?

Man you do youtube for long time... but I think is a bug and grad your guys fix it.
