I went to windows 10 recently so I lost my extention that suggested keywords when uploading. It helped out with thumbnails too! It also showed stats of whatever youtube video I was on like, who they were partnered with and how much money each video approx made (if adds were watched on each one). If anyone knows the name that would be great!!
