If it was a temporary ban they should have outlined, when this ban would be finished. This should be included in the email or message they sent you. I would submit a final appeal if you could though they do state that : -
"Account suspension gives you time to investigate the sources of invalid activity, identify and block suspicious traffic and put measures in place to ensure clean traffic. Suspensions cannot be appealed.
Please note that if any additional issues are found in your AdSense account in the interim period of suspension, then your account may be permanently disabled even before the suspension period ends. If, after your account has been unsuspended, invalid activity persists and continues to provide low value traffic to our ads ecosystem, then we may need to
disable your account.
And that its mentioned
here that if you account is disabled and your appeal is denied then
"We understand your concern about the actions taken against your account. Our actions are the result of careful investigation by our team of dedicated specialists, taking into account the interests of our advertisers, publishers and users. Though you might be disappointed with our decision, we're unable to reinstate your account.
Please also note that publishers disabled for invalid click activity are not allowed any further participation in AdSense. For this reason, these publishers may not open new accounts.
Lastly, Google does reserve the right to disable an account for any reason, including invalid click activity from any source.
