I'm liking the banner keeps it simple without too much distraction. I think the twitter might be a bit large as it's the same size as the title though. Also you should include a link to your twitter on your banner if thats what you want people to find.

I'd try to add some consistency to the thumbnails, this way if someone watches 1 video they will know which others of yours come up in the suggested videos to the right. This is more important later on though.

For only starting 3 weeks ago everything is looking good
