Freedom! as a network does absolutely nothing directly to help you grow.
We offer you the tools and information necessary to help you grow. Music, these forums, and other tools are things that you need to take advantage of if you want to grow at all. The same goes for all other networks.
If you don't put in the effort, you don't get the growth. Doesn't matter which network you're with or how many stock images you use in your thumbnails.
