Resources Template Thumbnails?

Hey, i was wondering if anyone can help me?
The thumbnails of my videos are pretty lacklustre and they don't mirror the content which i make (which i think is pretty good) and i was wondering what to do? I've seen people recommend template thumbnails but I'm wondering where to find people who are willing to do them

You can find them easily at the request page ^^ Just let an artist know exactly what you want.
