It might be worth talking to Freedom support about this as music remixes especially whereby you aren't making a drastic change or edit to the original piece (apart from speeding it up and increasing the pitch), I would speak to them as they can always give you the definitive answer based on whether or not they would accept the channel into Freedom.
I personally would probably say no based off the fact it won't be monestised, so Freedom wouldn't be able to make any money, also its a higher chance of getting potential copyright strikes - but as I don't quality check channels or know what Freedom's specific guidelines about this is, it would be best to contact them
