It appears that both the channels you have outlined, are under review. In that case you just have to wait for these to be reviewed by a member of the Freedom team. At which time you will see a new message on your Freedom dashboard and be able to engage in a live chat with a Freedom representative who will then send you a link to the "learn more" button
