I like the idea but is it gaming only? Because if so then this idea has already been done heaps before. I still support you but may I suggest you make it any category? That way you can reach a wider range of youtubers and get more collaborating opportunities. You can still do gaming of coarse but i'd consider maybe mixing it up a bit if you know what I mean.
