You can leave Freedom! on YouTube on your YouTube Features Page by clicking here:
You will then be unlinked after 30 days.
To follow on, if you already have left Freedom! but you are still receiving money, that is because you are being paid for all the months previous that you were partnered with us.
For example, February and March earnings will be paid in the next few months, so you are still due money to be sent.

As mentioned by CrazyLawrence above, if you left Freedom and this was not due to any violations or copyright issues then it is more than likely that Freedom still owes you an outstanding balance for the time you were partnered. As such they will still pay you what is owed to you on the usual payment schedule until this is cleared. So for example if you left in March then you would recieve your last payment from Freedom at the end of May.
