YouTube jumped from 86 subs to 366 in 1 hour?

Might be a glitch as its currently showing you have 311 subscribers. Heard of this happening to some other users recently though were not sure why this is happening.
Just had brief look at your channel and the live sub count and it turns out you're resting on 356 as I am writing this post. It could be for a number of reasons as I see you do giveaways and one of them is for mass effect Andromeda so that could be the reason? Or you may have gotten a shoutout from somebody so look around for that
If you get a large number of subs you should also be getting views going along with that. Will take a while for the analytics to come though to check where the views are coming from though.
