There is absolutely no point of an intro. It does not help out in any way. Also, you're looking for a blender file meaning you want one of those intros that flip your name around while dubstep is playing in the back which is even worse. There is a reason why the largest youtubers such as pewdiepie, speirs, leafy, and vanoss don't have them. If anything you should work on making an outro.
I mean I have one because I like looking at it. You could just download intro templates and edit them on blender. There are some pretty amazing preset ones.
