Well this is a hard question to ask
Because I like both the way you set up your Channel Layout. Your use of thumbnails and the titles of videos.
You got the Quality in the videos at 1080p HD after your video Rendering and that is good.
Tho as i see you may need another screen recorder, since it looks like it give you limitations on both framerate and qualty (before rendering).

Maybe also work a bit more with the titles. To make them more eyecatching.
Else i think you do great, and just need to upload more videos
