For this you need 2 things:
open broadcast software (obs): https://obsproject.com/ (windows, mac and linux)
audacity: http://www.audacityteam.org/download/ (windows, mac and linux)

So to start off download both of the softwares and install them on your pc.
If you have them installed open them both, here you can find the basics of both apps.
Have the settings in obs to whatever you like and how tou want to record and to where and in audacity most is pre-set. Be sure to have the obs pc audio to the max and in obs only the mic audio all the way down!!

Start recording on both platforms and if you stop recording you will be granted with a video file with the pc/ game audio and if you export the mic audio in audacity to get the mp3 file of your voice.

Now you can put them both in your editing software and ajust the volumes of both to get the perfect match for your video so your voice will be louder than the game audio or lower if you want to!

Also all game/monitor capture device or software will do but obs is free and really good.
Also almost overy audio software will work but again, its free and better than some paid ones

let me know if you have any problems!

With OBS you can also record up to 4 different audio tracks from different devices (system sound, microphone, etc.) and edit them later in your editing software (Sony Vegas for example).
So you don't have to use Audacity and sync audio and video manually.
