While Steam is one of the most known and well regarded place to buy virtual games, One would think the support would be better. This is not the case sadly. How to improve Steam support? Well perhaps a start in the right direction would be to implement a 24 hr steam support chat. It's not a perfect solution (we admit that), but it is a stepping stone which could lead to better things in the future.
