YouTube How to convert instagram followers to youtube subs?

I've got over 6,000 instagram followers. I just recently cracked 500 subs on youtube.

I've tried posting on my instagram asking people to watch videos, sub, etc. Doesn't get much result.

Any ideas?

Right, so what I'm trying to figure out is how to convince my instagram followers to actually make the jump to youtube with me. I don't have any interest in any of that bot stuff or fake subs or whatever.
