There is no Freedom! Partnership for Twitch at the moment. You can get partnered on YouTube, dailymotion and Hitbox as of now.

but i see in twitch anytv have team

Maybe there's a team they have internally but there's no public anytv/freedom team there currently.

Edit: I've looked into it and found a team there, though it doesn't seem to have monetisation with it.
