You can lower your intro time by a few seconds. Try including some entertaining content before your intro fades in, and your viewer retention could go up better. It sounds like you're experienced, time will help you for the future, and opportunities could arise ^^

Hey, I've been doing YT for around 2 weeks now and would like to know what I can do to improve in anyway possible.

You seem to upload on daily basis and your videos are good quality and your commentary audio is near perfect ! Your channel art and thumbnails are pretty good so it is up too you if you want to make changes on them.

For a channel that only has been up for only 2 weeks you are doing pretty well You already have 80 subs and you get descent views on every video

Overall a good channel man ! Nothin really has to be fixed ! Good job !
