A great way to grow a YouTube channel is tags.. Adding more tags to your videos can help people find you, another way I managed to grow is going to the people I know first and getting them to sub then I got their friends to sub and eventually you do end up with quite a few subs. It's all about the way you choose to approach things and how patient you are! Hope I helped!
