Hi there, I'll keep this short and to the point.

1. Make an actual channel trailer, not a 7 sec EDM intro that will put people off
2. Make a lot more content (obviously). People won't sub to a channel with only a few vids because they don't see that you're in this for the long term
3. Not really clear on what your channel aims to provide the viewer. Tech related stuff...with milk? It's fine to have a sense of humor, as long as you don't lose the viewer.
4. Some commentary would take your video quality up a notch.

As Phil said, you really need a lot more content. It's very hard to give feedback when we only have a few videos to work with. : 3 that being said, you should try to be active on the forums. The more active you are, the more people may check out your channel. : 3
