1st why not change the tag generator to pop up when you enter new tags rather click the small button
2 not many people use the music player aspect of it
3 allow it to comment on other channels in your sub genre aka music gaming etc etc
4 find better tags more accurate SEO tags for youtube
5 make it more customisable
6 make a firefox version
7 take out the flash options most of youtube twitch and hitbox is html5 based
try and get a upload schedule in the heart beat it self
maybe a hour by hour view count of your videos so you know which ones are getting views and which ones aint
