I have been trying to rank videos for so dang long and one video has ranked up high for about 10 days. Can someone please take a look at my channel and see what's happening and tips for ranking higher with YouTube's new algorithm?

In a very simple way, I can say that the best way to determine the strength of your tags is to look at them analytically and think about what format works and what doesn't. I'll give you a bump along the way, do not use general tags. Use tags for your particular video and not videos like yours.
That, and putting your own channel names in the tag is worthless unless you have a large audience that might search your name to find your most recent videos. But according to Tubebuddy, your name in your 130-something view video does not register any first page placement in search.
