Forums Can i use pictures of any movie?

Hello good evening to everyone!. I just want to know something, i want to know if its possible to use pictures of movies on a video. I mean i want to upload some videos using 4 or 5 scenes of a movie, just the picture..

Tricky this. I know that movie fragments without permission get you a cooyright strike for visual content but if it is the same regarding a picture. I think that a picture would be safe to use. Just in case when tou make the video set it to private and wait one day. If you recieve no notification then you should be safe to use it.

I think when it comes to a video or picture you can only use for a certain amount of time , like 3 or 5 secs but not to sure on this , I would think a picture would be good
