well one way is collabing with others that way you have someone to talk to in the video and not just talking to yourself or getting lucky and getting picked in a rp done by a bigger youtuber a few of them tend to put links to their actors channels in the description

My thing is this, create a Twitter and FB like page (like mine below). I personally have a knack of retweeting other people's work if I really find it funny, informative (news, world events, etc.), DIYs that I love, etc. My main thing for you to do is just keep uploading videos, and find some kind of way of putting your social media within the video. Twitter is more effective as it is just your name, with a picture of the twitter logo. Example: (twitter logo here): @YourTwitterName. Also, comment on smaller creator's stuff; because you NEVER know when they will blow up. And the good thing is? they will remember you and your generosity!

You plant it of course, jk I think being yourself is a big part of it to, dont try too hard, and upload constantly. That's what I'm doing, and I'm a tiny channel.

Getting your name out there, meet up with those who share interest. Socialize on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. Besides that get your channel to represent what it stand for with matching avatar and banner and maintain a upload schedule of at least 3 times a week.
