If it isn't active, it means you've not accepted the invitation from Freedom via E-mail or you've not gotten the invitation from Freedom. I'd ask the support team (Chat or ticket) to see if they can check it out for you.

This copy right claim is usually false. Merlin is one of the people who claims they own the copy right content. But the thing is that they don't actually detect any copy right content but still they send a false claimant.
