We're all going to beat that new threshold one of these days! I've got the subscribers but missed the watch hours so I guess I'm over half way to that new threshold. Hoping this will just add more motivation to all channels, good luck everyone!

I know this doesn't really matter because I don't make practically anything, but I am still curious. Will there be a final payment next month in February for December's earnings or was this months payment the final one for channels under the 4K-1K rule? Just curious here, thanks!

Koala_Steamed, I think that is an excellent idea. Couldn't say it better myself! I know a few "new beginner" channels that got boosted to 1.5K subs and well over 50K views from doing almost nothing. It's not about what you know, it's about who you know! Don't want to get into revenue here, but...
