can someone explain why?! i requested unlink over 30 days ago it unlinked me but they have relinked me?!

Hiya, i have requested to unlink from freedom as i have been accepted to another network that offers me better revenue share etc...it has been 30 days but i still have not been unlinked? any help would be appreciated
