I am partnered with Freedom! through YouTube, but I dont have a banner. How do I go about getting one?

Can someone point the Goose in the right direction so he can create one of those YouTube subscription links with picture in his signature? Any help appreciated!

New here but just cracked 200 subs! I hit 100 before I became part of Freedom and I did a give away for my gold pan I had been using in all my videos. My next goal will be to hit 500 and I havent decided what to do for that just yet. Need to focus on good video content and keep working.

I know I am still fairly new, but I am curious as to how long it takes for the analytics to catch up with my Youtube? Its been a couple weeks now and nothing has posted to it. Thanks SluiceGoose
