Well that depends on how entertaining and how pleasant people find your content. To be honest subscribers can take a lot of time but it does really depend on so many different things that you just have to take it as it comes really.
Take advantage of social media as well as lots of good search tags for both your channel and your videos.
Epoxy Tube Buddy ,VidIQ and other such programs can really be a boon as well. There is info on all of those on these forums.
And. . . patience , lots and lots of patients. There are millions of us out there.

It depends on content. Some gain it fairly quick and others don't. When i started doing Youtube it went fairly slow in the beginning but the more content i upload the more my channel is found leading to more chance of gaining subs.
Just try to start out by aiming for views rather than subs. As you start to get more videos out subscribers will eventually come
