    I usually look at 1k views pay out at around $0.80 - $0.90. Although it all depends, sometimes you can be paid lots and sometimes you can be paid nothing.

    If you don't have Photoshop, search for '1280x720 images' on Google and find one that you wish to put on your video. Be aware of copyright infringement.

    Once signed into a terminated channel you are prompted to YouTube support. Simply fill in the form with as much detail as possible. If it doesn't work the first time, keep resubmitting it weekly until they reinstate your channel.

    I believe this can take up to 12 hours. Mine did. If it takes any longer than this, my advice would be to contact them.
