If you're picking the winners from the comments, then either Tubebuddy or Heartbeat can do so. For Tubebuddy, simply go to your videos and click on the Tubebuddy logo beside the video that contains the comments you want to pick the winners from. Click on "Pick a Winner" and it will give a pop up. Simply click "Pick a Winner" and the winner will be chosen.
As for Heartbeat, just go to the comments of the video and click on "Pick A Winner". Heartbeat will open a new tab/page with the number of people who commented on the video. Simply click on "Go!" and Heartbeat will choose a winner at random.
If you're not picking them from the comments, then you can use the Random Name Picker from Miniwebtool. Simply google "Random Name Picker Miniwebtool" and you'll be able to see it on the first page. I can't provide the link to it as it could be against the forum rules here. XD
