Quality of content would be the main thing to me imo

I'm easy to please, if you make content of my interest and don't scream all the time like a 5 year old then we're good.

to me personality, i mean you could play the shitiest game on earth, but if you can talk about it in a way that atracts an audience and you aren't an a**hole to people, for me thats a great youtuber no matter how much subs you have
