Opinion What am I Doing Wrong?

I've been on YouTube for over 5 years now, and it's most certainly been an interesting trip. When I started my channel 5 years ago, I thought that like any normal channel, it will grow. But for some reason, my channel cannot even do that, and after so many years, I am stuck on only 250 subscribers and 15k views.

What could I be doing some wrong that my channel is growing so slowly? Any feedback is really needed and welcome.

Hey avrona! I´ve seen a few vids on your channel and its not awful, maybe you need to produce less videos and more creativity, something that represents you and just you, maybe create social media and tell friends when you release something, anyway I wish you good luck, have a nice day
