Just checked out their site, looks like a view4view / sub4sub type of thing. You may be getting "views" but these wont be people that actually want to watch your channel. Along side this, any sort of view manipulation is against youtube terms and conditions and could get your account suspended.
If you notice any sites like these offering views they will most likely be scams or illegitimate views.
