Solved Unable to login dashboard. Account deleted?

Hi,
I'm trying to login to my Freedom dashboard using my main youtube account but it says "We can't find an account registered to". I wasn't able to login to epidemic either.

I'm able to login to the forums fine, I've got the same email ID for both.

Ensure you're actually signing in with the right Google account, then try clearing your browser data, use a different browser or an incognito/private Tab. If all that fails please send an email to [email protected] from that email and they will be able to fix it for you.

Really sorry for late reply, been super busy.

I've tried out everything you've asked me to and I'm still getting the same "Account does not exist" problem. I've emailed support about it.
I hope they can resolve this for me.
