hello,

Does anybody know how i can make a 2 min video into 30 seconds without actually counting. Is there some sort of button that does that.
PS. I'm a Sony Vegas noob and this is to prevent copyright

LMAO trying to speed up a video/changing the sound to avoid a copyright is against the ToS of YouTube. You can loose your account if you are found doing something like that.

It does not matter the length of a copyrighted song, even 5 seconds of the song is not legal to use and monetize without full permission.

So in theory you can use any song you want but understand if it is protected you can't monetize without the risk of getting a strike or at a minimum a claim on the video
