Forums Small Glitches in "Night" Theme

Found a couple small glitches in the night time theme. (I can't remember the actual name) When making a thread or replying to one. The little icons above the text area are really hard to see, for me at least. Is this just happening to me or is anyone getting this as well? I have attached a link to better explain!
